At BolderPlay, we want you to have a hassle-free shopping experience. We recommend reviewing our return policy before making a purchase or initiating a return to ensure a smooth process.

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

If you purchased through a retailer, you will be subject to their return policy and would need to go through their return process

To qualify for a refund, the item must meet these conditions: Before you start your return process, please note the following important information Expectations:
The item should be:
  • unopened
  • unused
  • in its original packaging
  • have the original tags attached
You must present a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that are used and not in a sellable condition will not be accepted for a return or refund.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • If you don't purchase re:do, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • If re:do is purchased, you will not be responsible for any return fee
  • Re:do is non-refundable
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly notify you about the approval status.
  • If your return is approved, you can expect an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Was there a problem with your order?

If you run into an issue with delivery (you never received your item, item arrived damaged, or the wrong product was delivered), please let us know by filing a claim here so we can make it right!

  • Please keep in mind that claims need to be submitted within 2 weeks of receiving your item
    • If your item says delivered and has not arrived, please wait 3 business days before filing a claim as we have seen packages show up within this timeframe.
    • Lost in transit packages are considered when there has not been tracking updates for more than 7 business days
    • If you are missing an item and your tracking shows delivered, it is possible your packages were shipped with two different tracking numbers. Please wait 3 business days before submitting a claim
  • Once submitted, we will review your claim and get back to you within 1 business day
