Customer Service Specialist

Position Description:

As a Customer Service Specialist for b4Adventure, you will become part of a team of unique individuals who are passionate about the outdoors. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers interested in our products and administrative support to the business. In this position, you will answer calls and emails regarding questions about customer orders, setting up products safely and correctly, as well as providing warranty information and other product inquiries. You will also process web orders and assist with basic online content of our website. You will assist our sales team with administrative duties for our dealers. You must be comfortable working in an open atmosphere with several things happening at one time.

Experience / Education Requirements:

  • 1 year in a customer service role is a must
  • 1 year of experience with eCommerce software suites is a plus (Shopify and Amazon Seller Central)
  • High School Diploma


  • Answer phone calls and emails from customers regarding products and orders
  • Handle warranty related inquiries
  • Communicate with onsite warehouse regarding order shipments
  • Become a “Product Expert” over time
  • Process donation requests
  • Assist with organizing and shipping out samples
  • Greet customers and vendors that come to our location
  • Process web orders
  • Support sales team

  • Hours are full time M-F from 8AM-5PM with a 1-hour lunch break
  • Holiday season availability required
  • This position works from the office
